Enjoy the heated pool located at the clubhouse. The pool iholds 33.900 gallons of water with a max load of 19. Adjacent to the pool is in-ground hot tub that can hold up to 6 people.
Enjoy the scenic view of the The Pond and its wildlife from the gazebo and dock. It’s a bird-watcher’s delight, featuring Kingfishers, Great Blue Herons, Osprey, Snowy Egrets, to name a few.
Host your next special event or meeting in our clubhouse! It features a kitchen, restrooms, and access to the outdoor grills, fitness center and sauna. You can also borrow used books and puzzles during your visit.
Stay healthy with our fitness center, equipped with treadmills, cycles, dumbbells, and weight machines.

The tranquil south-side dock at Rock Pointe is a hidden gem. Nestled behind the mangroves, it offers stunning views of the Banana River and a perfect spot to toss a line with a cold beverage.
One vote per unit is permitted. One “Designated Voter” of record.
Single Family use, pet limit one (1) thirty (30) pound or less pet per unit. Limit four (4) people in the two-bedroom units, six (6) people in the three-bedroom units. See Condominium Documents for additional restriction
Six (6) months plus one (1) day minimum rental. A $50.00 application fee must be submitted to the Board of Directors with the Rental Agreement application.
$795.00 per month and monthly assessments are due on the first day of each month. A 25.00 late fee will be charged for any assessment payments received after the tenth (10th) day of the month.
$100.00 private party reservation fee for use of the Clubhouse. This fee will be returned if facility is left in satisfactory condition. A fee in the amount of $15.00 will be charged to cover the use of utility services.
